We recently moved to our 4-acre ranch in Carpinteria. Before this, we lived in your typical suburban neighborhood. You know what I mean, complete with neighbors that pretty much butt up against your house and when they sneeze at night, it’s like they are in the room down the hall… Anyway, here on the ranch, we are finding that we get see much more wildlife. Today, we were treated to a beautiful blue heron.
