Headed down to the harbor this morning thinking I would take some photos of the boats and whatever else I might find and turned out to be a great day for surf!
Had a few things to do in Santa Barbara this morning, so we made a stop at the Fig Tree down near the train station so the pooch could get out and stretch his legs.

Last, but not in any way the least, my lovable boy, Romero.
Headed up to Santa Barbara last night to photograph Alice Keck Memorial Park at night. This is a composite of four images that I took. There were quite a few technical difficulties last night, the first being that I broke my tripod about halfway through my shoot. So, the best result I could manage was this image, but as you can see, there is some blurriness and some lens flare that I’m not happy with. Overall, though, I had a great time giving this a try. I will head back up there soon since I have a new tripod today, one that likely won’t break anytime soon.
Well, this was a new one for me today. Ran across this cute donkey-zebra on Refugio Road heading to Santa Ynez.
